Terms of Service

01.Scope of Engineering Services

Fullness Labs provides custom software development, AI model integration, architectural consulting, and digital infrastructure engineering. All deliverables, timelines, and milestones are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or mutually agreed project agreements.

02.Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Custom Deliverables: Upon full payment of contracted fees, all custom source code, application architectures, and database schemas created specifically for a client are assigned entirely to the client.
• Lab Tooling & Boilerplates: Fullness Labs retains all rights to its pre-existing internal libraries, general-purpose helper modules, design tokens, and scaffolding frameworks utilized during construction.
• Internal Products: Proprietary software products developed in-house by Fullness Labs (including AMS, VedaVault, and related internal tools) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Fullness Labs.

03.Prototype & Sandbox Availability

Interactive demonstrations, sandboxes, and alpha builds provided on this website are for evaluation and preview purposes. Fullness Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or deprecate sandbox environments at any time without prior notice.

04.Client Obligations & Authorization

Clients contracting engineering services agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary API credentials, hosting accounts, and domain DNS records.
• Ensure all datasets, trademarks, and third-party assets provided to Fullness Labs do not infringe upon third-party rights.
• Participate in sprint reviews, milestone verifications, and sign-offs in accordance with project timelines.

05.Confidentiality & Mutual NDA

Both parties agree to treat non-public technical specifications, source code, financial terms, and strategic plans disclosed during project execution as strictly confidential for a period of no less than three (3) years from disclosure.

06.Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Fullness Labs warrants that all custom deliverables will be built according to industry standards for code quality, security, and type safety. Except as explicitly stated in a signed service agreement, software and sandboxes are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Fullness Labs be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage or third-party cloud infrastructure outages.
